Two Of Our Members Roger And Jackie With There New Car
Roger and Jackie picked there new vehicle recently and it has made life so much easier for them!. Roger has an Autochair roof top box which stores his fold up wheelchair in the box on top of the car. He first transfers from his wheelchair to the drivers seat of the car and then after attaching the rope to the wheelchair raises his wheelchair by remote control up into the roofbox, with no lifting done at all. Getting out of the car and into the wheelchair is just as easy. Roger also has Smart Push-Pull hand controls to enable him to drive the vehicle. Jackie also has a remote control Autochair hoist which raises and lowers her buggy in and out of the rear of the car, again no lifting involved.
